What is LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate)?
Please note we have now switched over to Bank Base Rate (BBR) for new completions.
LIBOR is a global benchmark interest rate that is used to set the borrowing rate between banks. Calculated daily, the leading banks in London submit rates in multiple currencies and across different lending periods. LIBOR is an average of all rates submitted.
