Do you use Bank Base Rate (BBR)?
Yes. We use Bank Base Rate (BBR).
All BBR rates have a floor of 0.1%
The Bank Rate will be as reported on the Bank of England website (www.bankofengland.co.uk) but, for the purposes of the mortgage, the Bank Rate will be deemed not to go below a floor of 0.10% even if the Bank Rate falls below this.
