Will the interest rate on my mortgage change and how will I know if it does?

• If you have a fixed-rate mortgage and are within the initial fixed period, your interest rate will not change. If you have a tracker mortgage, or your fixed mortgage has reverted, your interest rate will track the Bank of England Base Rate and could change.
