How can the administration and valuation fees be paid?
The link to pay the administration and valuation fee is sent by email to the broker on the case. The broker can pay it on the applicants’ behalf, or the email can be forwarded to the applicant so they can pay directly.
We encourage you to pay by card as this is most efficient way to get the case moving. Once the admin fee is paid we securely store your card details so the same card can be used when paying the valuation fee.
If you are having issues with card payments, the email provides instructions on paying by bank transfer.
