What is the process if I want to redeem?

  • Please contact our servicing team on 0330 053 6825 or btl@customers.landbay.co.uk to request a redemption statement.
  • Please note that we have a 5-day turnaround time from the point of request, therefore please provide as much notice as possible for us to complete your request.
  • We will provide you with one redemption statement free of charge.
  • If you need another redemption statement, you may be charged a duplicate redemption statement fee, as per our fee tariff payable in advance.
  • A copy of our fee tariff can be found here.
  • Please also be aware that if you intend to redeem your mortgage without the use of a solicitor, we may require you to provide documents to evidence the source of funds being used.
