What fees are required for a case?
Different fees are applicable at different stages of a case. This includes admin, valuation and product fees.
We need the admin fee to be paid before the case can be picked up by an underwriter. An email with the link to pay this will be sent to the broker once the full mortgage application (FMA) has been submitted.
The valuation fee covers the property surveyor’s costs and once paid we can instruct the valuation. This can be paid at the same time as the admin fee or can be paid later once the underwriter has done an initial assessment of the case.
The product fee can be added to the loan or paid upfront upon completion.
