      What are the applicant requirements?

      All applicants must have/ be:

      • Minimum age of 21

      • Applicants must be resident in the UK for the last 24 months and have permanent rights to remain or settled status

      • Maximum age of 85 at End of Term (95 for Limited Companies)
      • A UK credit footprint
      • No adverse credit history
      • At least one applicant must be employed, or self-employed.
      • Minimum income
