I'm receiving an error message when I try to login

If you're trying to login to the broker portal, there are a few reasons why you're seeing an error message:

  1. Your email is not associated with a registered account.
    1. You'll need to register as a broker using your email address and firm details to be able to login.
  2. You've exceeded the number of login attempts.
    1. You'll need to reset your password to be able to login, following the link on the error message.
  3. Your account has not yet been activated.
    1. You'll receive an email once your registration has been reviewed by a member of our team.
  4. Your account has been deactivated.
