I'm receiving an error message when I try to login
If you're trying to login to the broker portal, there are a few reasons why you're seeing an error message:
- Your email is not associated with a registered account.
- You'll need to register as a broker using your email address and firm details to be able to login.
- You've exceeded the number of login attempts.
- You'll need to reset your password to be able to login, following the link on the error message.
- Your account has not yet been activated.
- You'll receive an email once your registration has been reviewed by a member of our team.
- Your account has been deactivated.
