If I’m not the original broker, can I still do a product transfer for the borrower?

Yes. There is a flow built in to the intermediary platform which allows a broker to port a clients case on to their dashboard. Therefore brokers should visit their intermediary platform and follow the instructions. This would require clients authorisation before proceeding.
