What is the maximum property exposure?

• No more than 25% or 2 units (whichever is the greater) exposure within a block of flats over 5 units.
• For blocks of flats of 5 units or less, we can look up to 100% exposure within the block.
• A charge on the freehold may be required in all cases where the applicant has a charge on the freehold and is looking to purchase/remortgage a leasehold unit within the block.
