How do I get my money back?

If you are a Classic Account customer, you should have already received your funds back into your chosen bank account. If you have not received funds, please follow the instructions within your account page as it’s likely we need you to support us with additional verification for your bank details. Please login and follow the instructions.

If you have an IFISA with us, you will need to either withdraw or transfer your balance to another IFISA provider.
