How are the Direct Debit Mandate (DDM) details provided?

Direct debit mandate details are provided digitally via a link when the offer is made. This is sent to the broker by email and needs to be forwarded to the applicant.

The eDDM form will automatically validate and verify the details, providing an instant response on the status of the Direct Debit mandate.

Should an account need dual signatories to authorise a payment, the applicants will need to complete a paper DDM and send this back to Landbay via their broker. This paper format can also be found through the link sent out when the offer is made.
