How are the Direct Debit Mandate (DDM) details provided?
Direct debit mandate details are provided digitally via a link that is sent to the borrower when the case is assigned to an Underwriter.
The eDDM form will automatically validate and verify the details, providing an instant response on the status of the Direct Debit mandate.
Should an account need dual signatories to authorise a payment, the applicants must complete a paper DDM and send this back to Landbay via their broker. This paper format can also be found through the link sent out when the offer is made.
