Do you have a restriction on the number of floors in a block of flats?

We do not have a restriction on the number of floors (or storeys) in a block of flats that we will lend on. Where required (as advised by the valuer), an acceptable EWS1 form will be needed. While A1 rated forms are acceptable, we may also consider other ratings (such as A2 or B1) depending on the product so please refer.
