When will a physical valuation be required for a product transfer?

A physical valuation will be required for a product transfer in the following situations:

  • When the AVM or index valuation is unsuccessful
  • For HMOs where the existing valuation is more than three years old
  • For all MUFBs, as these always require a physical valuation
