- Property must be (or will be) listed on the Scottish Landlord Register

Property must be let on a Short Assured Tenancy or Private Residential Tenancy
- Tenure must be Long Lease or Owned
- Freehold flats in Scotland should be allowed
- Ex local above 4 stories not allowed
- Day 1 remortgages excluded
- No HMOs or MUFBs
- No Product Transfers
- Property must be within a defined list of postcodes:
- AB 10-16, 21-25, 30-36, 39, 41-45, 51-54, 56

EH 1-49, 51-55
FK 1-21
G 1-5, 11-15, 20-23, 31-34, 40-46, 51-53, 60-69, 71-79, 81-84
IV 1-3, 5-12, 14-18
