• Property must be let on a Short Assured Tenancy or Private Residential Tenancy

• Tenure must be Long Lease or Owned  
• Freehold flats in Scotland should be allowed 
• Ex local above 4 stories not allowed  
• Day 1 remortgages excluded 
• No HMOs or MUFBs 
• No Product Transfers 
• Property must be within a defined list of postcodes:
• AB 10-16, 21-25, 30-36, 39, 41-45, 51-54, 56
  DD 1-11
  EH 1-49, 51-55
  FK 1-21
  G 1-5, 11-15, 20-23, 31-34, 40-46, 51-53, 60-69, 71-79, 81-84
  IV 1-3, 5-12, 14-18
  KA 1-17
  KY 1-16
  ML 1-12
  PA 1-19, 20, 23, 28
  PH 1-26, 32-35, 49, 50
