Who do you accept Direct Debit Mandates (DDM) from?

We accept Direct Debit payments from UK bank accounts that participate in the Bacs Direct Debit scheme. This includes banks and other account providers that access the scheme directly or through a sponsoring bank.

The bank account must be in the name of the borrower (or borrowing entity), and the details provided must pass our verification checks.

If the account does not support Direct Debits or cannot be verified, we may be unable to set up the mandate and will contact you for alternative details.
