Can I make overpayments on my mortgage?

Any offer generated from the 4th of December 2025 onwards will allow overpayments of up to 5.00% of the capital balance at the start of each 12 month period from the date of completion.

Please note, any payments above this amount will be returned to you, and any unused allowance cannot be carried over into future years.
