Can a borrower move to a different product while the product transfer is in progress?

A product transfer becomes locked 14 days before the rate switch, and at that point you won’t be able to change the product or update any case details. If the product transfer is more than 14 days away from the switch date, you can select a different product. Each product change carries a £100 fee.
