Can a client move to a different Landbay product while the product transfer is in progress?
14 days prior to the rate switch, the case will be locked and you will not be able to change any product or case details.
However, if the product transfer is not within 14 days of rate switch, you will be able to select a new product subject to a £100 fee for each product change.
