What type of tenancies do you not accept?

Unacceptable properties

We cannot accept tenancies for properties we lend on as follows:

  • Common Tenancies (where the rental income is > £100,000)
  • Asylum Seekers
  • Property occupied by family, vendor or employee
  • Vulnerable tenants
  • Defective tenancies e.g sub-let clauses, missing notices
  • Guaranteed rent
