What types of properties are acceptable?

House and Flats, including new builds and conversions
Ex Local Authority Properties (Flats must have more than 50% private ownership)
For ex-local authority properties with deck access, the block must have at least 50% private ownership and will also be subject to surveyors' comments about suitability
Flats 5 storeys and above must have a lift
HMO’s up to 12 beds
MUFB’s up to 12 units
The minimum flat size must be greater than 30sqm
Studio flats or properties must have an internal minimum size of 30sqm
Properties above/adjacent commercial properties. (also see exclusions)
EPC rating E or above
Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete (PRC) dwellings which have been repaired under the PRC (Homes) Ltd licensed repair scheme
Laing Easiform, built after 1945

All properties must be suitable for let upon completion.
