How does Landbay determine if a case should be treated as a non-portfolio landlord application?
Non-portfolio products are only available for applicants that have (at time of application) three or less mortgaged BTL properties (either together or separately).- Minimum loan size £75,000
- Maximum loan size £2,000,000
- Maximum 75% LTV
- Available to limited companies and individuals
- New builds acceptable
- No trading companies
- Excludes HMOs and MUFBs
