Do you provide remortgages?

• We will consider remortgage applications where the applicant(s) have been the registered proprietor(s) for less than six months.
• In all instances, the ownership of the property must be registered at the Land Registry as owned by the applicant(s), at the date of completion.
• Capital Raising acceptable – Excludes Tax and Gambling debts.
