Will you lend on consumer BTL?

No, unfortunately, consumer BTL is not acceptable.

Landbay does not consider meeting 2 of the following criteria below a consumer BTL:

  • Onward purchase residential or residential already owned
  • Existing landlord away from subject property
  • Subject property having been let for > 24 months

Note: Landbay may also consider an existing property which has/is moved into a limited company as a purchase.
